WhatsApp is rolling out an interface for ‘New Drawing Tools’ for beta iOS users. The platform has submitted this update through the TestFlight beta program and this update brings the version up to 22.8.0.73. The same feature is reported to be available within WhatsApp settings in the 2.22.8.73 version.

WhatsApp is regularly undergoing updates bringing exciting new features for its app on various platforms. As one of the most in-demand messenger and chat support software, it has to keep updated for a better user experience. WhatsApp releasing New interface for Drawing Tools

In a previous article released a few weeks back, WABetaInfo reported about WhatsApp beta for the Android 2.22.3.5 update. The independent WhatsApp news source mentions that WhatsApp is developing three new drawing tools which contained two new pencils and a blur tool. In the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.7.1 update, it was mentioned that the ‘blur tool’ is already present on WhatsApp iOS.

The newly added feature in the current beta update is the new design of the drawing editor while using the new drawing tools. The popular global messenger is releasing the new Interface to some select beta testers using the latest version of WhatsApp beta for iOS.

New Drawing tools interface

The WhatsApp news source has also released a screenshot of the new Interface. In the screenshot, you can see that the position of the blur tool is changed. It will be moved from its usual position, that was the color bar, and will be added with the two new pencils at the bottom of the screen. As mentioned earlier the new Drawing tools are at present available only to some select beta testers but more activations are on the line and planned at a later update.

The news source further mentions that after iOS, the application is planning to roll out the same feature for some WhatsApp beta Android users too. There is no final date known at present but you can expect it soon in a coming update. However, there will be news when the feature is released to more iOS beta testers and also when it would be available to Android beta testers.
