WhatsApp is developing a new feature for introducing pending participants options to group admins for beta Android users. The platform has submitted this update through the Google Play Beta Program with this update, the current version reaches 2.22.18.18.
This feature will reportedly be available to users in a future update of the app. You all know that since WhatsApp introduced the group feature to the app it has been regularly improving with some major features.

WhatsApp introducing pending participants option to group admins
The leading WhatsApp news portal WABetaInfo has earlier reported about this same feature in the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.18.10 update. The news report mentioned that each time any group admin enables the ability to approve new group participants manually, all group participants of a group chat will get notified.
In a previous report of the reliable WhatsApp news tracker, there was news about new group settings called approve new participants. This feature was then under development process for WhatsApp beta Android users. As there were not many details available then, it was assumed that a new section could be added where all pending participants will be listed.

In this latest report, WABetaInfo is bringing some final details about introducing the pending participants’ options to group admins. You can see that when this feature will be available, you will see a new option called ‘pending participants’.

This option will redirect group admins to a new section. From here the group admins will be able to review the list of all pending group participants who want to join the group by using the group invite link.
