WhatsApp is working on the ability to forward media with captions for beta Android users. WhatsApp has submitted this update through the Google Play Beta Program with this update the current version reaches 2.22.23.5. According to the reports after this feature is available you will be able to add captions to your images, videos, GIFs, and documents before sharing them.

The popular Instant messaging app is bringing one more advanced feature to boost its user Interface. In a previous article released by WAbetaInfo, the leading WhatsApp news portal made announcements about a development feature that lets you edit your messages after you have already sent them.

According to the reports now the platform is working on another useful feature for a future update of the app. The report mentions that this feature will let you forward your images, videos, GIFs, and documents with a caption. WABetaInfo has also released a screenshot of the new Forward media with the Caption feature.

In the image, you can see that the platform is adding a new Interface to the messaging feature. In the future when you attempt to share any image a message bar will appear below your media file. So, if you want to add any caption to it, just type in that message bar and hit the send button.

Your media file will be forwarded with the caption. In case you do not want to add any caption just tap on the dismiss button available at the bottom of the message box. As mentioned earlier ability to forward media with captions is currently under development process so it is not available to beta testers.
