WhatsApp working on new Blur Tool for Desktop Media Editor
In a previous update, the Meta-owned app released new drawing tools for WhatsApp beta Android users. This time the platform is again ready with a new editing tool. Last year the leading WhatsApp News portal WABetaInfo released an article on a list of exclusive features on WhatsApp beta Android and iOS.
The blur tool feature was earlier available only for WhatsApp iOS users. But this year the company added the same feature for WhatsApp Android users too and according to recent reports. Now the company plans to introduce it to desktop users also in a future update.
When this feature will be available in the future, there will be a new option added as a water drop icon. When you tap this icon it will let you quickly blur a particular part of an image without using any third-party tools. The report further mentions that the platform has recently added two other different tools also for both Android and iOS devices.

However, there is no news on whether these tools will be introduced to the Desktop platform as well. As mentioned earlier this feature is currently under development process. So it is not ready to be released to beta testers at present. There is also no news on its final release date.
